About the Role:

General Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
• Code review and automated testing of C++ code
• Implement performance and quality modules
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of development experience with C++
• Good knowledge of C++ core features, its standard library up to C++20 standard, including STL containers, algorithms, metaprogramming, and C++ idioms
• Knowledge of multithreaded and asynchronous programming concepts
• Knowledge of the OSI network model and its protocol stack
• Good level of English, at least B1
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to continuously learn, develop, monitor trends, and apply the acquired knowledge at work
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Will be a plus:

• Experience with any of Boost.Asio, Boost.Hana, protobuf, SQL-like databases
• Experience with any messaging system broker

About the Role:

The main responsibility of a System and Network Engineer will be to maintain stable operations of the company's network environment and provide optimal network performance for our customers. The Engineering team forms the primary point of contact for all types of networking issues. As a Network Systems Engineer, you will provide high-level support and technical assistance with network technologies, taking into account the client’s requirements.

General Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of internal network and Noction clients’ networks;
• Supervising and ensuring proper functionality of the internal network and Noction clients’ networks;
• Configuring operating systems, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance of work equipment;
• Creating and solving deployment/correction tickets;
• Carrying out practical configuration, installation, and usage of Noction products in clients’ environments;
• Providing support to clients for adapting their infrastructure to Noction products, as well as consulting on the configuration of equipment in clients’ infrastructure;
• Drafting and updating technical work instructions;
• Proposing improvements to the current working process;
• Preventing issues with Noction products and improving the quality of services;
• Operating and maintaining products offered by Noction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Network protocols and principles of Internet functioning;
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols;
• Multivendor L2/L3 equipment configuration experience;
• Advanced *nix OS knowledge;
• Servers Administration experience;
• Performance analysis of network systems;
• Working experience with DB management;
• Working experience with network analysis tools;
• Intermediate level of English.

Bonus Skills:

• Bash, Python would be considered an advantage;

About the Role:

We are looking for ambitious individuals motivated to take their Sales Careers to the next level. The role will grow the Noction network optimization & analysis business by actively prospecting new customers, establishing partner relationships, and nurturing existing customers worldwide. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for contract negotiation and key account management throughout the sales funnel.

General Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end sales cycle
• Generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships
• Conducting outbound cold calling/emailing and general prospecting
• Scheduling and leading online demo presentations with potential clients
• Managing the product implementation process with the end client and internal teams
• Negotiating agreement types and pricing models

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively build new business relationships
• Ability to handle objections and initiative
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in customer acquisition within international B2B markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent verbal and written English is a must

Will be a plus:

• Technical background in IT
• Experience using digital tools like Hubspot, Zoominfo, and Zoom
