About the Role

As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you’ll guide the development of our web app, mentor a talented team, and collaborate across teams to bring new features to life. You’ll also contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring our code remains clean and efficient while staying up-to-date with the latest trends in technology.

General Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of the web app
Lead and mentor a team of developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
Strong proficiency in Vue.js, Node.js, TypeScript, CSS and HTML
Extensive experience in web application development
Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant web apps
Experience working in agile and cross-functional development teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions

Will be a Plus

Experience with document-oriented databases
Basic knowledge of networking (OSI model, CIDR, etc.)
