About the Role:
Join our team as a proactive, open-minded HR and Office Manager, dedicated to continuous learning and making a positive impact in a dynamic work environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contributing to payroll preparation by providing relevant data on leaves and employee benefits.
- Organizing and coordinating corporate events to promote team building and enhance employee engagement.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for employees, ensuring efficient and well-organized travel experiences.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs to support a productive work environment.
- Providing support for general administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in labor law, demonstrating a strong understanding and effective application of the related regulations.
- Fluent in Romanian, with an intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with employees.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
